5. Fees, Payments, & Refunds

• Payment: By purchasing paid services, you agree to pay all applicable fees, provide valid payment information, and authorize payment processing. All fees are stated in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise indicated. Pricing is subject to change at any time.
• Refund Policy: Unless stated otherwise in writing, setup fees are generally non-refundable once services have commenced. Subscription fees may be canceled according to your specific subscription terms. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis at FraXion’s discretion.

FraXion’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Randolph & Main Capital Group, LLC and its affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or any information you submit.

Suspension & Termination
